ABOUT MAGGIE
Maggie Elliott is a veteran interior designer based in Charlotte, NC. Since 1986, she has used her creativity and expertise to help her clients transform residential and commercial spaces into something special. Her work can be seen in some of the region’s most stylish homes and most successful businesses.
Several years ago she was part of the a 3-person design team undertaking the renovation of the Assembly Inn in Montreat, NC built in 1929. This project will include 100 guest rooms, the lobby and dining room that seats 250, meeting rooms and a large multi-purpose area called Convocation Hall.
Maggie strives to produce the most attractive, workable and sustainable interior environments with a keen eye on the client’s schedule and budget. Her ultimate goal is to exceed the client’s expectations and create spaces that they will truly enjoy for years to come.
Maggie received her BA in History and Art History from Salem College and her Masters of Science in Textiles, Clothing and Interior Design from Winthrop University. In addition to serving her clients, Maggie has led workshops and lectures on design topics such as "Luxury Looks in Today’s Market," "How to make it Chic with Change" and "Creating Outdoor Living Spaces."
